Further, PCKicks Computer Help Force does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
PCKicks assumes no liabilities or damages to commercial or personal parties and their property from damages caused by external or internal sources and or factors not limiting to environmental, technical, circumstantial, and accidental by customers, third parties or PCKicks Computer Help Force, Inc. employees and staff, or by an “Act of God" nor any issues that may arise from aging hardware, user negligence and “by chance”
During service, PCKicks does not warrant hardware in our possession to be covered by any warranties, specified or implied. All dropped off systems by customers will not be held after a holding period of 3 months at PCKicks, systems of this nature will be repurposed or recycled at PCKicks' discretion.
All data is backed up by default from the user's profile folder (ie. C:\users\username for Windows based machines \home\username for Linux and macOS) It is the customer's responsibility to inform staff if other custom locations where additional data resides in. PCKicks assumes no responsibility for any data lost from any data transaction, failing hardware or error by our staff.
For any hardware replacement services PCKicks Computer Help Force, Inc. requires ether the system requiring the service dropped off at PCKicks or a non-refundable deposit of 80% of the value of the part in question for any parts ordered. Parts ordered will take 1-4 weeks depending on the availability of the part. Customers who wish to cancel the order during the part ordering process will be charged a cancellation and restocking fee of $20 plus 75% of the value of the part.
Customer cancellations or PCKicks' inability to solve any request for service before completion will be charged a "consultation fee" of $20 upon notifying of the issue.
